1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to playing games on the Super Monopoly Money Casino platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not wish to accept these Terms in their entirety, you must leave the Platform immediately.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

6. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

• We may set limits on transaction types or amounts from time to time without notice.

7. Wagering Requirements

All promotional bonuses (bonus) have wagering requirements, which are detailed under "Promotions". These terms must be met before any withdrawal can take place. Where there is no separate bonus conversion limit or a specific time frame for meeting bonus turnover requirements stated in the promotion rules, then we reserve the right to set a default figure.

8. Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses expire at the end of each month and cannot be used after that date.
• Only one active welcome offer (bonus) can be claimed per customer.
• Not all games may contribute towards fulfilling any bonus requirement; please refer to individual promotional rules for specifics on game eligibility.

9. Respins, Freespins, Bonus Spins

• These are given in addition to your real money balance and cannot exceed your current real money balance.
• No withdrawal of any winnings from free spins or freespins will be made until the applicable wagering requirement has been met as stated below for each type:
  • For slots games: 30x (b)
  • For table games & live casino, progressive jackpots and other excluded games - see list at foot of our promotions page - there are no conversion limits but we reserve the right to set one if necessary.

10. Withdrawal Policy

• All winnings will be credited directly into your player account.
• We may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal; this includes providing photographic identification (proof of age), bank details and/or other supporting documents as specified by regulatory requirements or otherwise reasonably deemed required for anti-money laundering purposes (AML).
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address associated with your customer account remains up-to-date and secure, especially when considering withdrawals.

11. Withdrawal Limits

The maximum amount you can withdraw from any promotion will be equal to 5x the bonus received in conjunction therewith. For example a £10 deposit giving an extra £20 bonus would give you the option of withdrawing at most £100 as it is calculated as follows (bonus + deposit). 12. Loss Limitation and Time Limits

• We recommend that all players set time limits when playing on our website, to help maintain healthy gaming habits.
• Should you wish to take a break from gaming or permanently close your account then the following options are available:
  • Session limit: This option allows you to specify how long you want to play in one session.
  • Self-exclusion (6 months minimum - maximum 5 years): Please select this if you feel you cannot control your spending habits. Self-excluded accounts will not have access to our services and all existing balances on these accounts will be placed into "read-only" mode until such time as the self-exclusion period is over or voluntary closure takes place.

13. Promotional Terms

• All offers are promotional in nature.
• We reserve the right to revoke any offer if we deem that a player has been abusing our bonuses in any form, including (but not limited to) "Bonus Hunting" - where players accumulate large sums of money solely from bonuses by placing very low stakes wagers on games with high payout rates and thereby generating a substantial amount of bonus cash before eventually withdrawing.

14. Data Protection

We may store your information for the purposes outlined in this Agreement, including but not limited to maintaining account details and processing transactions. Your personal details will be used solely to facilitate use of our Services or communicate offers directly related thereto (if you have opted-in). Any further collection and storage shall comply with applicable laws.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us, our directors, officers, agents and employees from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by the laws in force in the United Kingdom (England & Wales) or where you reside; you consent that all disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration at a tribunal appointed by us with all costs, fees, damages arising from such action being your responsibility.

17. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to the other if there is any failure in payment obligations or performance under these Terms which cannot be rectified within a reasonable time period set by Us at our discretion; however should you not meet your payments then please refer to Clause 3 above regarding termination.

18. Entire Understanding

These Terms constitute the entire understanding between us and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements, communications, understandings or representations relating to this agreement expressed either verbally or in writing, including any previous terms & conditions applicable hereto (all of which are hereby cancelled).
